GHCL informs about closure of trading window

GHCL has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 31, 2015, to consider the reviewed un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, the ‘Trading Window’ of the Company shall remains closed from October 21, 2015 to November 02, 2015 in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. Accordingly, during the said periods, the directors / designated employees of the Company and their immediate relatives etc. are directed not to deal in the Company’s shares.
