Hindustan Zinc has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 19, 2015, to consider and approve, the Un-audited Financial Results with Limited Review of the Company for the Second Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2015 (Q2) and to declare Interim Dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2015-16. Pursuant to the above, as per company’s insider trading prohibition policy 2015, Company had closed the trading window for the insiders covered under the policy with effect from October 06, 2015 and the same would remain closed up to October 20, 2015.
