Anjani Synthetics has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 06, 2015, inter alia, to transact, consider and take on record the unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the Company’s securities by all the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and Insiders (as defined in the code) shall remain closed from October 29, 2015 to November 06, 2015.
