Sterlite Technologies informs about closure of trading window

Sterlite Technologies has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 26, 2015, to consider the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the ‘Trading Window’ for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from October 11, 2015 to October 28, 2015.
