Alankit has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 20, 2015, to consider and adopt unaudited financial results of the Company for the half year and 2nd quarter ended September 30, 2015, to appoint Preeti Puri as Whole Time Director & Company Secretary of the Company on the remuneration as approved by the Board, and to take on record the resignation by Kamal Narain Gupta, Company Secretary of the Company.
