Zensar Technologies trades jubilantly as Apax Partners acquire 23.2% stake

Zensar Technologies is currently trading at Rs. 971.30, up by 130.20 points or 15.48% from its previous closing of Rs. 841.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 866.90 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1008.80 and Rs. 855.55 respectively. So far 126109 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1011.00 on 05-Aug-2015 and a 52 week low of Rs. 563.90 on 15-Dec-2014.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1008.80 and Rs. 801.15 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3877.15 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 48.15% while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 14.33% and 37.52% respectively.

Marina Holdco (FPI), a company backed by Funds advised by Apax Partners (Apax Funds and together Apax) have acquired 23.2% stake in Zensar Technologies. The stake was acquired from Electra Partners Mauritius, an existing minority shareholder. RPG Group continues to be the promoter and the largest shareholder in the company with a 48% stake.
