Goa Carbon resumes operations at Paradeep Unit

Goa Carbon has resumed its operations at Paradeep unit with effect from October 11, 2015. The said unit located at Jagatsinghpur district in the state of Odisha was briefly shut for regular maintenance work. There would not be any financial impact due to the maintenance shutdown of the company’s Paradeep unit as there were sufficient inventories to service the orders in hand.

Goa Carbon is into the business of manufacturing and marketing Calcined Petroleum Coke. Goa Carbon is firmly established as a leading Indian petcoke calciner. It is a regular supplier to aluminium smelters, graphite electrode and Titanium Dioxide manufacturers, as well as other users in the metallurgical and chemical industries.
