Jindal Saw bags Rs 1,000 cr worth orders

Jindal Saw Ltd, one of the largest saw pipe manufacturers, has bagged orders worth Rs 1,000 crore for supply of large diameter pipes and ductile iron pipes in domestic and export markets. The orders are scheduled to be executed by March, 2010. While domestic supply orders are from GAIL and HPCL, the export orders are primarily from West Asia. With these orders, the total order book of Jindal Saw stands at about Rs 3,600 crore.
