TCI Finance has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 03, 2015, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, as per TCI Finance Limited - Code for Internal Procedures and conduct for Regulating, Monitor and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company was closed from the start of business hours of October 19, 2015 and the ‘Trading Window’ will be open after an elapse of 48 hours from the time of announcement of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.
