MRF board to approve unaudited financial results

MRF has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 29, 2015, to approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter & 12 months ended September 30, 2015 and to consider declaration of Interim Dividend, if any. Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of MRF Limited, the Trading Window shall remain closed from October 13, 2015 to October 31, 2015.
