Gujarat Ambuja Exports has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on October 31, 2015, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2015. Further, the trading window will be closed from October 19, 2015 to November 03, 2015 as per Code of Conduct adopted by the Company under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
