FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per October 12 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Monday’s data were net buyers in equity, while they were net sellers in debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.  

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 3594.22 crore against gross sell of Rs 3105.83 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 488.39 crore in equities. 

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 311.45 crore with gross sales of Rs 445.77 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net sellers of Rs 134.32 crore in debt.
