Sanathnagar Enterprises has informed that Purnima Pavle has ceased to be the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from October 13, 2015. Further note that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on October 13, 2015 has appointed Vishal Ghadigaonkar as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
