Subex has informed that the ESOPs Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has cancelled 1,07,116 ESOPs for the quarter of July-September 2015 on October 14, 2015 in accordance with the terms and conditions under the Employee Stock Option Plans of the Company ESOP 2000, ESOP 2005 and ESOP 2008 and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014.
