Glenmark Pharmaceuticals has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 29, 2015, to consider and approve the Company’s Unaudited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter/Half Year ended September 30, 2015 (Q2). Further, as per the ‘Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’ of the Company, the trading window closed for Directors and other designated employees of the Company on September 24, 2015 and will remain closed up to November 02, 2015 for the purpose of approval of Unaudited Financial Statements for the Second Quarter/Half Year ended September 30, 2015.
