USG Tech Solutions informs about board meeting

USG Tech Solutions has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 23, 2015, to consider and approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on September 30, 2015; to issue notice for postal ballot for change of registered office of the Company; to appoint and re-designate Servesh Gupta as Managing Director of the Company; and to appoint Shiv Kumar Gupta as a Whole Time Director of the Company. Further the Company has informed that, the Trading window of the Company shall be closed from October 18, 2015 and shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours from the time of publication of the aforesaid financial results.
