Inox Wind board to consider standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results

Inox Wind has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to meet on October 26, 2015, to consider and approve Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on September 30, 2015. Further, in accordance to the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected Persons, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from October 19, 2015 till completion of 48 hours after the Unaudited Financial Results are submitted to the Stock Exchanges. The same has been intimated to all the directors, officers and designated employees of the Company.
