Sphere Global Services has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 16, 2015, has considered the request for re-classification of the promoters and also for convening the EGM to obtain consent of members for such reclassification and took a note of resignation of Sai Ramakrishna Srivastav Sadasivuni, Independent Director of the Company with effect from October 07, 2015.
