Aunde India informs about closure of trading window

Aunde India has informed that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for all Director(s) and Designated person(s) of the Company will remain closed from November 04, 2015 till November 13, 2015. Accordingly all Director(s) and designated person(s) of the Company have been informed not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closing of Trading Window.
