Advanta board to consider un-audited financial results

Advanta has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 26, 2015, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine-month period ended September 30, 2015. In this connection, as per the Company’s Code on Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for Designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 17, 2015 to October 28, 2015.
