Rama Phosphates has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company will meet on October 31, 2015, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, the ‘Trading Window’ under the Company’s code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading is closed from October 17, 2015 till the expiry of 48 hours from the conclusion of aforesaid Board Meeting.
