NTPC has informed that un-audited financial results of the Company for quarter and half-year ended on September 30, 2015 (Q2) shall be considered, approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting scheduled to be held on October 29, 2015, after these results are reviewed by the Audit Committee of the Board. Further, Trading Window shall remain closed from October 23, 2015 up to October 31, 2015 as per the Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Dealing with Securities of NTPC  (Code). During the closure of Trading Window, Insiders and their immediate relatives have been advised not to deal in the shares of NTPC.
