Amtek Auto to sell 25% of its international business: Report

New Delhi-based auto component maker Amtek Auto is reportedly looking to sell 25% of its international business. The company’s international business is valued at $2 billion. The company will look to reduce debt of Rs 6,500 crore in near-term. The company has not defaulted on any payments.

Amtek Auto manufactures components such as connecting rod assemblies, flywheel ring gears and assembly, steering knuckles, suspension and steering srms, CV joints, crankshaft assemblies and torque links.
