Chennai Petroleum Corporation has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 03, 2015, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.Further, pursuant to the Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in the Securities of CPCL, the Window for Trading in the securities of CPCL will be closed from October 20, 2015 to November 05, 2015.
