Pearl Agriculture has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 27, 2015, to consider & approve the Consolidation of Equity Shares of Nominal value Re 1 each into One Equity Share of Face Value Rs 10 each subject to the consent of Shareholders; the Change in the name of the Company, subject to the consent of Shareholders; the Alteration of Clause I & Clause V of Memorandum of Association of the Company, subject to the consent of Shareholders; and to approve the notice of the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company.
