Athena Constructions has informed that a meeting of Board of Director of the Company will be held on October 29, 2015, to consider and take on record the Un-audited financial result for the Quarter ended September 30, 2015, subject to Limited review report by Auditors and to transact such other business as may be required by the Company. Further, pursuant to this the Company has decided that the close-period (i.e. Closure of Trading Window) for the Insiders would commence from 9:00 A.M. on October 21, 2015 and end 48 hours after the results are made public on October 29, 2015.
