Zensar Technologies has informed that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on October 20, 2015 approved Grant of 12,000 Options at an Exercise Price of Rs 980.00 per Option to the Employee of the Company. The vesting of the Options shall take place over a period of 5 Years based on the performance of the Employee. Each Option upon vesting entitles employee to apply for One Equity Share of the Company.
