Mahindra CIE Automotive informs about outcome of board meeting

Mahindra CIE Automotive has informed that the Hon’ble Company Law Board, New Delhi Bench, vide its order dated October 15, 2015, allowed the Petition filed by the Company, pursuant to Section 2(41) of the Companies Act, 2013, for change in the Financial Year of the Company from 01st April to 31st March to 1st January to 31st December every year. The Board of Directors at its meeting held on October 21, 2015 took on record the said order and confirmed the change in financial year of the Company. Pursuant to above, the current Financial Year of the Company shall close on December 31, 2015 covering a period of nine months commencing from April 01, 2015. All the subsequent financial years of the Company shall cover a period of twelve months commencing from 1st January and closing on 31st December of every year.
