Vishvprabha Trading has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is convened on October 30, 2015, to take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, the trading window for trading the Company’s Securities shall be closed from the opening of office hours on October 28, 2015 to closing of office hours on October 30, 2015.
