Orient Abrasives has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 03, 2015, to approve and take on record the un-audited financial results the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015. Further, as per the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders read with Securities Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and further amendment if any, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for Directors/Designated Employees, other persons having access to the Price Sensitive Information and their dependents from October 26, 2015 to November 05, 2015, for the aforesaid purpose.
