Dynavision has informed that the Company has obtained approval of the shareholders by way of a Special Resolution through postal Ballot process, the results of which was declared on October 03, 2015. Alteration of Main object clause of Memorandum of Association for inclusion of a new main object relating to Leasing Business and sale/Transfer of Company’s immovable property situated at Gujarat to any prospective buyer.
