Asian Hotels (West) has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, pursuant to clause 9(2) of Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company remains closed from November 07, 2015 to November 16, 2015. The trading window shall open for trading from November 17, 2015.
