Raunaq Automotive Components board to consider unaudited quarterly financial results

Raunaq Automotive Components has informed that due to some circumstances in the Company the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is preponed and it will be held on November 04, 2015, to consider and approve the unaudited quarterly financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on September 30, 2015. Further, pursuant to this, the Company has decided that close period (i.e. closure of trading window) for the Insiders covered under the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders’ would commence from 6:00 p.m. on October 26, 2015 and ends on 48 hours after the results are made public i.e. on November 04, 2015.
