Torrent Power has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 28, 2015 approved the re-appointment of Markand Bhatt as Whole-time Director of the Company for a period of five consecutive years commencing from April 01, 2016, subject to approval of Shareholders.
