HDFC Bank Ltd.

HDFC Bank has informed that the Bank has allotted 2,528,200 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS) on October 29, 2015. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs 5,036,386,434 equity shares of Rs 2 each to Rs 5,041,442,834 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
