Amrapali Fincap informs about closure of trading window

Amrapali Fincap has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 07, 2015, to consider, approve & take on record the unaudited financial results of the Company along with Limited Review report for the half year ended on September 30, 2015 as per Clause 43 of the Equity Listing Agreement (SME Segment). In this connection, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations. 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the specified Persons from October 30, 2015 to November 09, 2015.
