Xchanging Solutions has informed that Amit Kumar, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, has resigned from the services of the Company with effect from October 27, 2015. Further the Company has informed that, Vinod Goel, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, who is also a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will oversee compliances of the Company till a Company Secretary be appointed to fill the aforesaid vacancy.
