ANS Industries has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 09, 2015, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) for the quarter ended September 30, 2015.  Further, in compliance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading revised as per the SEBI (Prohibition of insider trading) Regulations, 1992, amended till date, Trading Window shall remain closed in connection with the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the Quarter ended September 30, 2015 from October 31, 2015 to November 11, 2015 for Directors, Officers and Designated Employees & theirdependents and family members.
