Bombay Rayon Fashions has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company shall be convened on November 10, 2015, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the half year/Quarter ended 30th September, 2015. Further in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall, remain closed for all the Directors & Designated Persons (as defined in the Code) from November 03, 2015 and shall remain closed up to 48 hours after working day after publication of the Company’s results in the newspapers.
