Sun Pharmaceutical Industries has informed that the Allotment Committee of Directors at its meeting held on October 31, 2015, has allotted 39,913 equity shares of the Company of Re 1 each, on exercise of stock options under the Sun Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2015, 130,000 equity shares of the Company Re 1 each, to Sun Pharma ESOP Trust under Sun Employee Stock Option Plan - 2015 for further allocation to employees. Accordingly, post the above allotments the paid-up equity share capital of the Company is now Rs 2,406,666,050 divided into 2,406,666,050 equity shares on Re 1 each.
