United Spirits has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2015.

The company has reported a net profit of Rs 929.30 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2015 as compared to a net loss of Rs 26.90 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. The company’s total income has increased by 4.36% to Rs 2151.49 crore for the quarter under review from Rs 2061.55 crore for the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

United Spirits is the largest spirits company in India and a flagship entity of $2 billion UB group. It manufactures wide range of whisky, vodka, rum and other spirits.
