Vishnu Chemicals board to consider unaudited financial results

Vishnu Chemicals has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, will be held on November 12, 2015, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015, statement of assets and liabilities for the same period and Limited Review Report to be given by the Statutory Auditors. In this connection, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from November 05, 2015 to November 14, 2015.
