Mack Trading Company has informed that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 07, 2015, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the Half year ended September 30, 2015. Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading in Shares of the Company, the trading window will be closed from October 29, 2015 to November 09, 2015.
