Sanjivani Paranteral has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 06, 2015, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Pursuant to this, the Company has decided that the close period (i.e. closure of trading window) for Directors and designated employees would commence from October 30, 2015 and end 48 hours after the results are made public on November 06, 2015.
