Pix Transmissions informs about closure of trading window

Pix Transmissions has informed that the Trading Window for purchase / sale / dealing in any manner in the shares of the Company will be closed from November 06, 2015 for Designated Employees (and their Immediate Relatives) under the Pix Transmissions Limited Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading-2015. The Trading Window will open 72 hours after the announcement to the Stock Exchange of the unaudited Financial Results for the Second Quarter ended September 30, 2015.
