Shree Manufacturing Company has informed that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 05, 2015, to consider and take on record the Un- audited financial results of the Company for quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015. Further in accordance with Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015, the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors, and designated personnel of the Company from October 29, 2015 till November 07, 2015.
