Corporate Professionals Capital (‘Manager to the Offer’) on behalf of ‘ Kamal Manchanda (Acquirer) along with Aruna Manchanda (Hereinafter referred to as ‘PAC’) has informed this Corrigendum to the Public Announcement (‘Corrigendum to PA’) to the equity shareholders of Brand Realty Services (Formerly known as Sahil Financial Services) (Target Company), pursuant to and in compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations 1997 and subsequent amendments thereto (‘SEBI (SAST) Regulations’). This is in continuation of and should be read in conjunction with the Public Announcement published on March 03, 2015 (the ‘PA’).
