Mahadushi International Trade board to consider unaudited financial result

Mahadushi International Trade has informed that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2015, to consider and adopt the unaudited financial result for the quarter ended on September 30, 2015. Further, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Company’s Directors/Officers and designated employees of the Company from November 03, 2015 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results to the public, i.e. November 13, 2015.
