Zee Learn informs about allotment of shares

Zee Learn has informed that the ESOP Allotment Sub-Committee of the Company at its meeting held on November 03, 2015 has approved allotment of total 45,188 equity shares of the Company of face value of Re 1 each consisting of 9,400 Equity Shares of Re 1 each at an exercise price of Rs 26.05 per Equity Share, 2,100 Equity Shares of Re 1 each at an exercise price of Rs 14.50 per Equity Share and 33,688 Equity Shares of Re 1 each at an exercise price of Rs 20.85 per Equity Share under the existing ZLL - ESOP, 2010 Scheme. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from 320,149,020 equity shares of Re 1 each aggregating Rs 320,149,020 to 320,194,208 equity shares of Re 1 each aggregating Rs 320,194,208.
