Burnpur Cement has informed that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2015, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results (Provisional) of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. Further, the Prevent Insider Trading the ‘Trading Window’ for trading in the equity shares of the Company shall be remain closed from November 05, 2015 and will open 24 hours after the announcement by the Company of the Results to the Stock Exchanges on November 14, 2015.
